A fab Tasmanian single malt from the Lark Distillery, independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Distilled in 2016 and bottled up in 2021, this one manages to pack in a huge flavour profile, with loads of fruit and vanilla notes to enjoy. 373 bottles were produced, presented at 60.2% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Caramelised orchard fruit, with whispers of cigar box and cinnamon.

Palate

Hazelnut, strawberry, quince, more caramel, a crackle of peppercorn.

Finish

Richly malty, with balancing brightness of lychee.
