Another treat from the Douglas Laing Provenance range, this time distilled by Inchgower in November 2007. After a decade of maturation in a single refill hogshead, it was bottled in May 2018 with an outturn of just 385 bottles.
Orange, pear and peach, with a hint of oily barley developing.
Caramel and honey carried on a creamy mouth feel. Subtle smoke and cooking spice.
Heavy vanilla and pear drops.
