Nose: Ginger spice, thick, creamy caramel, candy floss, malt and barley sugar. Intense and rich, lots of underripe plum notes too.
Palate: Custard and charred oak, with notes of tobacco leaves, plum wine and black pepper.
Finish: Long, very long in fact. Ridiculously spicy, with sweet, creamy
Overall: Utterly incredible.
