Whitlaw is the name used here for single malt distilled at Highland Park. This eight-year-old Orkney whisky was distilled in 2018 and finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads before Signatory Vintage bottled it in 2026. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colour, it combines heathery smoke, honeyed malt, and maritime freshness with dates, raisins, treacle, and chocolate.
