Description

Young Siward is represented by an 18-year-old Highland Park in the Thanes series of Livingstone’s Macbeth Collection. This expression was matured in refill hogsheads, keeping the focus on Highland Park’s honeyed malt and aromatic Orcadian peat, then bottled at 50.8% ABV, with just 650 bottles produced.

Nose

Heather honey and honeysuckle with lemon peel, toasted hazelnut and soft peat smoke.

Palate

Honeyed malt and roasted nuts lead into ginger spice, vanilla and heathery smoke. There’s a gentle floral quality throughout.

Finish

Honey, ginger, and toasted hazelnut .
