Highland Park Sky of Orkney was created as a Travel Retail exclusive that pays homage to the drama of its island home. Matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak, with refill casks keeping things civilised, it was bottled at 18 years old at 46% ABV.
Heathered peat smoke, lemon zest, petrichor, and dark cherries.
Cocoa nibs, honey, black fruit, gentle peat, and a flick of pistachio.
