Haran 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish
This 12 year old whiskey from Haran in Spain has been given a finishing period in sherry casks, imparting hints of dried fruit and festive spice to the malty flavour profile. Considering that sherry also comes from Spain, this is rather neat expression indeed!

Palate
Cinnamon, sultanas, a hint of black pepper and cedar.
Finish
White chocolate, more dried fruit, and pencil shavings.
