Single Malt
A Signatory bottling of 23 year old Glenlossie single malt, aged in a single hogshead from November 1992 to June 2016. After it was matured, it was bottled for the Cask Strength Collection and bottled with an outturn of 253 bottles.
Marzipan, aniseed and new leather. A layer of caramel adds sweetness.
Grassy at first, though the caramel comes back to the fore. Old oak and oily walnut.
Pine nuts, yellow plum, orange oil.
