This is a 13 year old Glenburgie from Douglas Laing's superb Premier Barrel Selection, packaged in ceramic decanters. There are just 182 bottles of this, each bottled by hand.
Spicy, malty nose with mixed herbs, a little dried fruit and oak.
Oaky, sherried, grassy, peppery palate. A little oily. Big on barley notes.
Tropical, fruity finish. Vanilla.
A rich, malty whisky.
