Edradour 10 Year Old 2012 (cask 346) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)
Joining the Un-Chillfiltered Collection from indie bottler Signatory comes this superb Edradour single malt. Distilled in July 2012, it matured for a decade in a single cask, before being bottled up without any added colour or chill filtration, in August 2022.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Poached fruits, cinnamon, and gingerbread with layers of creamy vanilla and sweet oak.
Palate
Hearty malt brings a rich, biscuity start, leading to honeyed figs and dates. A touch of maple and woody vanilla follow, with baking spices in tow.
Finish
Chocolate Brazil nuts, fruit cake, and wintery spice.
