Sherry
A sherried Highlander here, distilled in August 2008 over at Deanston. It was left to rest in a single first-fill sherry butt for over decade, and Signatory bottled it up at 11 years old. Just 610 bottles were released at a generous 66.7% ABV for the Cask Strength Collection.
Orange oil and cinnamon French toast, with hints of strawberry laces.
Dried fruit and buttery brioche, with dusty cocoa and oak spice.
Fresh espresso and green oak.
