Charlie Parry's Bourbon is the first range of spirits released by father-and-son built business, Mallows Family Distillery. It's named after the duo's father and grandfather, and this particular expression was distilled and matured using traditional methods in the USA, before making a journey to Wales for its final stages of production! Welsh water is added, bringing the spirit down to 40% ABV to create this uniquely transatlantic whiskey.

Tried this at a food festival the weekend - I was blown away with the quality, it a real gem! We bought a few bottles, and saw it is listed here which is fantastic so we can keep our stock levels in tact.
