Charlie Parry's Bourbon is the first range of spirits released by father-and-son built business, Mallows Family Distillery. It's named after the duo's father and grandfather, and this particular expression was distilled and matured using traditional methods in the USA, before making a journey to Wales for its final stages of production! Welsh water is added, bringing the spirit down to 40% ABV to create this uniquely transatlantic whiskey.

Had to try this Bourbon, as I’m welsh living in London. I know is should not say this, but I am really impressed, it was really great. Proud to be Welsh as we make some great products
I was born in Kentucky and married a Welsh girl and now live in South Wales - so this is me in a bottle. It reminds me of home and I love the Bourbon it’s class above Beam or JD - honestly it’s a very good Bourbon
This Bourbon I discovered in of all places a garden centre!! It’s a wonderful complex Bourbon and is up there with the premium brands I have tried! Great in an Old Fashioned!
This is a poor Bourbon, I gave it a go after reading the reviews, it’s an over priced product. I am not sure what these reviewers are used to!!
I tried a bottle of this last week, this is definitely the new bourbon for me, I used too drink Jack Daniels as my choice of bourbon but now I've been converted too this, it has a smooth taste when drinking it with a nice smokiness from the char, looking forward too trying the 6 other bourbon liquer varieties they sell, would really recommend this if your a whisky/whiskey drinker great product.
