Blair Athol 21yo #11788 Bottling Note

Sherried single malt from the Blair Athol distillery, independently bottled by Douglas Laing as part of the Old Particular range. This whisky was distilled in November 1995 and left to age in a Sherry butt for 21 years. Following this, it was bottled in June 2017 with a small outturn of 321 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Ground cinnamon, cacao, fresh ginger, cherry.

Palate: Chocolate orange, honey-roasted nuts, pecan pie and Black Forest gâteau.

Finish: The rich, chocolatey notes continue long on to the finish.

Great bottle

I brought this bottle when my friends had a magic show and when we opened this bottle it stole the show. Great value for its age.
