From London's Bimber Distillery, this English single malt is part of the Shoulders of Giants series which pays homage to significant people and their contributions. This particular release celebrates Frédéric Chopin. It was aged in a single Fino sherry cask which was filled into 328 bottles without chill filtration or artificial colourings at a strength of 52% ABV.
