The flagship release from Belmont Farm's Kopper Kettle range, it's a Virginia whiskey! A trio of farm-grown grains (corn, wheat, barley) go into this one, and it's double oaked – first rested in Virginia oak and apple wood for two months, before it's transferred to oak casks for four years of ageing.

Nose
Honeyed orchard fruit, fresh hay, and homemade strawberry jam, with a smidge of buttery corn sweetness.
Palate
