The Extra Dry Vermouth from Pembrokeshire's Still Wild is made with an English wine at its heart, and features a medley of cold distilled botanicals to build out its fabulous flavour profile. Bold and bright, with a complex herbaceousness running through it, we reckon it'll do wonders in gin-based cocktails, and be brill served over ice with some fresh lemon as garnish.
Vibrant citrus and a hint of green apple, anise leading into wormwood and rosemary, shortly followed by subtle coastal salinity.

Tried this after getting the Rosso from same brand. Love the wormwood & rosemary and although dry it seems so well balanced and we had brilliant vodka martinis - a new addition to our 'cocktail weekends'!
