A Rose version of the classic wine-based aperitif, Lillet. This is blended with red and white Grand Cru Bordeaux wines used to make Lillet Rouge and Lillet Blanc respectively. To this, Peruvian quinine is added, as well as sweet orange peels from Spain, bitter Haitian orange peel and various fruit liqueurs. A stunning aperitif with notes of lush fruits, wildflowers, and red berries.
An autolytic, Champagne-like nose with all kinds of grape character. Tangy and herbal.
Rose petals and tannic wine, freshly cut grass, blossom and jasmine too. Dry and intense with a surge of tangy citrus.

Received as a birthday present, now buying my next bottle before that one runs out! Light, summery and refreshing, but also somehow feels indulgent and a bit special. I prefer with soda water, my partner prefers it with tonic. Beautiful look to the bottle too.
Use instead of red vermouth in a Negroni. Absolutely gorgeous!
