A lightly sweet white vermouth made in Cornwall from English grapes and botanicals including wormwood, mint, orange and rosemary. These are steeped in an eau-de-vie distilled from grape skins, and then blended with English wine and sweetened. Try it in a Spritz or just on the rocks with a slice of lemon.
