A dry French-style vermouth made in Cornwall from English grapes and botanicals including wormwood, quinine, and liquorice. These are steeped in an eau-de-vie distilled from grape skins, and then blended with English wine. This is a bold, dry vermouth that would be splendid in a Martini - the wetter the better.
