An Australian semi-dry white vermouth from the Innocent Bystander winemakers in Yarra Valley, made using viognier grapes which are pressed in whole bunches and fermented in French oak casks. The botanicals (which include the likes of juniper, Seville orange, wormwood, gentian, bay leaf and more) are macerated in a distillate of the wine, and then blended with the wine itself. Overall, pretty bloomin' cool stuff right here.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Aromatic notes of juniper, thyme honey, citrus and subtly woody herbs.
