Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro 75cl

A classic vermouth amaro from Cocchi, based around a Barolo Chinato wine and flavoured with wormwood, rhubarb, chiretta, cassia wood and a double infusion of quina. "Dopo Teatro" means "after theatre", in reference to an old tradition of enjoying vermouth after a night at the theatre in Turin. Of course, if you don't go to the theatre all that often, this is well suited to after-dinner drinks as well.
