Forest Dry Vermouth
A Dry vermouth expression from the wonderful folks over at Forest Spirits in Belgium! A whole host of botanicals are married in this fragrant spirit, including sage, chamomile, dandelion root and cumin seed along with some citrus in there too. We're sure this would be just as exceptional on the rocks as in a Martini.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Pear skin and vanilla alongside balanced bitterness, with earthy, floral notes, a touch of cocoa and orange citrus, leading into a dry finish.
