A rum-cask finished variation on Vermouth del Professore, which was created as an homage to the man who was considered the father to American mixology - Jerry Thomas, sometimes known as the Professor.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Intense vanilla and chopped herbs, like their classic expression. However, this one develops yummy little sparks of fresh tropical fruit and brown sugar, plus a hint of five-spice powder.
