Baldoria Bitter Vermouth
An intriguingly bitter expression from the Baldoria Vermouth selection, which really does have all sorts of fantastic varieties. This one has been made with four wormwoods as well as maté tea. The bitterness is certainly pronounced, but not like you're chewing on a piece of cinchona bark. There's an elegance to it, a balanced quality that makes for some astonishing cocktails.
