Quaglia's Berto Vermouth di Torino Superiore Rosso boasts a selection of herbs and spices infused into spirit for 60 days, including the likes of wormwood, liquorice, juniper, vanilla and more. Following that, the botanicals are pressed, and the resulting spirit is blended with Piemontese wine along with a touch of sugar, and it's finally filtered before being bottled.
