Crafted using the first aniseed harvest of the year, this limited edition Raki from Yeni sees its bold aniseed profile complemented by delicate grape notes, green fennel, liquorice, and a touch of herbaceous freshness. Bottled at 45% ABV, it’s satisfyingly viscous and traditional in style. Best enjoyed slightly chilled or diluted with ice-cold water.
