When you think "Moonshine", you might not immediately think "New York", but Brooklyn's Van Brunt Stillhouse is trying to change that with their very own Moonshine. Interestingly, they make their using 100% malted barley (in particular, New York State 6 row malted barley), and bottle it at 45% ABV.
