Made from the Palomino Fino grape, XECO (pronounced 'sec-co', the Spanish word for 'dry') Fino is a super refreshing and dry tipple. It's aged for four years in Andalucia in American oak casks, and is excellent chilled alongside savoury dishes, particularly fish. Though don't be afraid to mix it either!
