XECO Amontillado
An awesome Amontillado sherry from XECO, which is all about showing off how accessible sherry can be. They've done a fab job here. Bold and fruit-forward, with just a touch of salinity tucked away. Pair with a good bit of cheese and you'll have done well.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Brandied cherry, rum-soaked raisin and a hint of papaya. Grilled almond and a subtle drying hint of cinnamon.
