Lustau presents a Fino sherry made in Jerez de la Frontera, where the long, hot summers and mild but wet winters create a rounded and fuller style of wine. This fino
was produced from Palomino grapes and aged under flor in American oak casks for 4 years before being bottled without any additional treatment. Expect a dry, complex sherry.

Pungent and intense with salted butter on white bread and some nuttiness as well as a mineral, chalky quality.
