Extra dry sherry from Harvey's. Fino is a dry white sherry aged under a 'flor' of yeast that prevents the air oxidising the sherry.
Fresh and zingy. A floral element is complemented by almonds and lemon zest.
Crisp and dry. Almonds, Brazil nuts and a hint of thyme surf over the palate.

This is my husband's favourite sherry. A very dry fino which goes well with olives and almonds.
Been drinking this ever since Harvey's stopped producing, Bank sherry, only available to staff of a certain London bank. I live the way it leaves the palate clear but a wonderful taste.
