This dry and complex amontillado sherry from Vinhos Viejos de Hidalgo has been cask aged for over 30 years, starting it's journey in a solera system before being transferred to age oxidatively. Wonderfully nutty, with caramel, dried berries, and savoury notes, this should make a wonderful aperitif.
