An intriguing rum for those of you who love a gadget, Time Machine from England's Unconventional Distillery is rapidly-aged in white oak barrels. Using some fancy technology (it's top secret, that's all we know), the rum is aged for just six days, though supposedly tastes like it was aged for much longer.
Tropical fruit, butterscotch, toasted nuts, and oaky vanilla, with some dried banana in tow.
