The Unconventional Distillery is based in the north of England, specifically Lincoln, and this is its Original White Rum! It's distilled in a 12 plate reflux still rather than a traditional pot still, meaning it can be distilled to a higher ABV. The result is crisp and gently sweet – perfect for mixing!
