Goldstone White Rum
An interesting rum distilled not in the Caribbean but in Sussex. It's made from a mixture of jaggery (raw sugar), molasses and cane juice to produce an unaged rum that's packed full of flavour. Try it mixed with sugar syrup and lime juice for a Daiquiri you won't forget.
