Ripping Yarns
An English spiced rum from Ripping Yarns, come to us all the way from Surrey! The rum itself is double pot distilled before it's infused with botanicals and spices. There's also someone riding a flying turtle on the bottle, and we can't work out if flying turtles would be awesome or terrifying. Maybe both?

I have tried this rum and it is absolutely amazing!! So much flavour and beautiful taste that makes it easy to drink straight/on the rocks. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out. One of the nicest golden rums I have tasted!
Has been my go-to spiced rum since I came across it at the local farmer's market. This is well balanced rum. Well balanced and lovely flavors. Recently bought the new premium silver also which is great in summer cocktails.
The nose is just impeccable. Very well balanced flavour, starts with a caramelly sweetness with great mouth feel and coverage, I get some nice clove and star anise notes, tastes like christmas! - leading to a long warming finish like a whiskey.
Very blunt and not well balanced at all for a spiced rum
Please try this!! I know there is a lot of choice and many claiming to be the best but this stuff is amazing. All the beautiful spiced flavour without being super sweet or overpowered with vanilla. Perfect from start to finish.
