Forum Garden Rum
From The Portsmouth Distillery comes Forum Garden Rum, a rather unique spirit. It takes 1968 Portsmouth White Rum and adds five of the botanicals used in Fort Gin, elderflower, gorse flower, coriander, sweet orange and fresh lime peel. The spirit was designed by the Portsmouth folks to bridge the gap between gin and rum, which is pretty cool, so we reckon pair this with whatever takes your fancy!

Lively orange and lime alongside savoury herbaceous notes and a prickle of spice, and spicy, balanced by sweeter floral notes and a dry finish.
