Rum Dhu Pure White Rum
The Mounts Bay distillery in Cornwall uses open fermentation tanks to produce its rum before its pot distilled and proofed down with local water. Bottled without additives, sugars, or flavourings, this white rum offers a versatile option for a whole host of cocktails and also works well simply served neat over ice with a wedge of citrus fruit.
