Mounts Bay Distillery

Mounts Bay Distillery is a small Cornish gin and rum producer overlooking Mounts Bay on the south coast of Cornwall. Run by Lisa and Ben, it makes fire-distilled spirits in small batches, with a core range including Ebba Cornish gins, Rum Dhu, and Mariners Rum & Tea Spirit.
The distillery is shaped by its coastal setting, not in the way that means somebody in the brand once saw a seagull. The gin range includes coastal botanicals such as sea aster, rock samphire, local sea berries and seaweed harvested from the Cornish shoreline.
The brand also highlights plastic-free packaging choices and support for plastic-free seas charities. If your inspiration is the sea, it does help not to treat it like a bin.
