
Hailing from the Mounts Bay distillery in Cornwall, this rum is fermented on the Cornish cliffs, alongside the coastal breeze. The rum is copper pot distilled before it's spiced with the likes of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves and aged in oak casks. Mix this with ginger beer, ice, and some wedges of fresh lime for a splendid Cornish take on the Dark and Stormy.
