An impressive Cornish rum from the Mounts Bay distillery! This rum was open fermented with a helping of dunder before it was double pot distilled and proofed down with Cornish water. The rum then spent time maturing, including time in sherry casks, before several months finishing in Islay whisky casks before it was bottled without colour or additives.
Delicate notes of toffee apples, burnt brown sugar, vanilla, honey, and sweetly sherried oak.
