Hidden Gem Bonfire Rum
Definitely a tipple for those autumn evenings, Hidden Gem's Bonfire Rum takes its name from the Irish Pirate Queen, Grace O'Malley. As the story goes, she had flaming red hair and would light a bonfire on top of her castle to signal her fleet to attack the enemy. So there you have it, Bonfire Rum. It's infused with toffee and lots of spices, and shines exceptionally well when paired with ginger ale.
