Rhum agricole from Habitation Saint-Étienne, which was given a 12 month finishing period in casks that previously held Islay single malt whisky! Perhaps you could try this alongside their rhum which was finished in a Highland single malt cask and explore the difference in its flavour profile...?
The traditional grassiness of rhum agricole blends well with the subtle earthy hints of peat smoke. Could perhaps fool a whisky enthusiast into thinking it's an example of their favourite spirit!
