Another rum all the way from Oaxaca, Mexico, bottled up as part of the El Destilado range. Like its sibling expression, this one was distilled by Isidoro Krassel Peralta using raw sugar cane juice, which is wild fermented and distilled in an eight plate column still. However, this particular expression has been bottled up at 52.3% ABV, making for a full-flavoured, fascinating spirit.
