Nose Red cherries and dates, coconut, ripe banana and honeydew melon. Then there’s buttered toast, apricot yogurt and a hint of coffee - basically it’s super fruity!
Palate The banana comes to the fore along with a wash of pineapple and a hint of red chilli. Molasses and brown sugar bring even more earthy sweetness, and there’s a bitter dark chocolate and cinnamon spice underpinning it all.
Finish Medium length and gently spiced.
Overall A robust pot still rum with a huge personality, just bursting with tropical fruit.
