A spiced rum from the Copperfish Distillery in Looe, down in Cornwall. Expect a whole load of intriguing, spicy, oaky notes here, which means this will be excellent for sipping neat, or for enjoying with cola (or perhaps even tonic water and a good wedge of lime, if you're feeling adventurous).
Cinnamon, orange peel, brown sugar, a good kick of ginger, a touch of paprika.
