Copperfish Pineapple Rum Bottling Note
A limited edition expression from Looe's Copperfish Distillery, combining the deliciousness of pineapple and rum. They go together brilliantly (much like pineapple of pizza – that's right, we said it, and we'd say it again!), and would be marvellous served over ice with a garnish of fresh orange peel. Perhaps serve it alongside a slice of pizza with pineapple on it, because pineapple is a good pizza topping (told you we'd say it again).
