A spiced rum from the Bombo range, flavoured with coconut and caramel to complement the fruity rum. Should be good over ice or with your favourite mixer, or alongside a sweet dessert.
Coconut influence is clear, as are the sweet, chewy caramel notes.
I bought this on a total whim, and was completely taken aback by it. Initially, the drink is incredibly viscous. It really sticks to the sides of the glass, almost like cough syrup! The taste is incredibly sweet at first but that soon drops off so as not to be too overbearing. The caramel flavour comes through very well, though the coconut is a lot more subtle (this is fine by me as i'm not massive on coconut anyway!) This is a great rum to have in your spirits cupboard, just for "something a bit different".
Not as nice as the banana version.
Not what I was expecting at all from a Rum...Will be buying more of this.

Very sweet, almost toasted coconut, great caramel trays, enjoyed with coke.
