Description

A deliciously sweet Spanish fortified wine from the Montilla region, made by the Alvear winemakers using exclusively the Pedro Ximénez grape. It's aged in a solera system of American oak barrels before bottling at 16% ABV. Lots of sticky caramel and dried raisin notes, with a touch of coffee later on.
